Residential Portfolio

Temperance House, formerly known as the Royal Hotel, was erected in 1848 and became intertwined

with the Temperance Movement during
the 19th century, advocating

moderation and healthy lifestyles.

Situated proudly in Burnham on Crouch, Essex, this Victorian landmark has undergone extensive renovations initiated in 2018.
Our aims to transform the historic hotel  into amultifunctional space integrating retail, office, and residential components.

Renamed in homage to its historical significance, Temperance House stands as a testament to thetown's heritage and evolution.
Its adaptation preserves architectural integrity while meeting the diverse needs of occupants today.
